Finance Works are a Bookkeepers and Tax Consultants, based in the UAE. The Team is lead by Sanjay Das, the CEO of The Works Network.

Sanjay is the Chief Works Officer of The Works Network, the company he founded in 2011. He has more than 20 years experience in the media Industry where he held leading senior management and finance positions at STAR TV and its affiliates in the Middle East, Hongkong and Indonesia.

Shashank is the Executive Vice President at Finance Works, Tax Consultants and Bookkeepers.

He is a senior Finance and Accounting professional with 20 years’ experience in media, construction and auditing industry. He has had hands-on experience in the day to day accounting functions and control, financial statements, financial reporting, executive presentation, financial modelling and scenario building (budgets/ forecasts), liquidity projections, tax planning, regulatory compliance, bank funding, project management for ERP implementation and financial planning and analysis.

Shashank is curious by nature and asks the requisite questions before suggesting any ideas to solve tough problems. He is a meticulous and organized individual, take every challenging opportunity to learn and grow and can meet tight deadlines.

He is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and have a B. Com (Hons.) degree from the University of Delhi.
